Our mission is to provide social, educational, training, and self-employment opportunities to underprivileged members of local communities. At SEMI, we believe in the inherent potential of every individual—man, woman, and child—to lead fulfilling lives. Founded in 2004 by a group of like-minded social workers, our organization is committed to a holistic and practical approach to development.

To strive for the upliftment and welfare of scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, Dalits, minorities, slum dwellers, beggars, and other socially and economically backward groups, aiming to elevate their standards of education, health, and socio-economic status.
To establish charitable and social institutions such as schools, training centres, colleges, orphanages, shelters, elderly care facilities, medical centres, palliative care units retreat centres and deaddiction centres to fulfil the aforementioned objectives.
Initiate skill training programs tailored for individuals with disabilities and create employment avenues to support their integration into the workforce.
Establish tuition centres offering complimentary education and distribute learning resources to financially disadvantaged students.
Provide medical assistance, financial aid, and shelter to underprivileged children in need of support.
Publish magazines, journals, and books focusing on subjects pertinent to social development initiatives.
Therefore, SEMI advocates for a participatory approach to development, prioritizing community involvement at the grassroots level as integral to our success. We deeply value the support and positive attitudes shown by the community towards our programs. At this juncture, we extend an invitation for closer collaboration and full cooperation from the community in the ongoing development initiatives tailored for their benefit.
